Since 1987, Eazy Business Mailers has been presorting First Class Mail for clients in and around the St. Louis metropolitan area. In 1996, Eazy was pleased to announce the addition of one of the first commercially available Postal Technologies -- ImageCoders -- to its arsenal of equipment.
This newest generation of MLOCR (Multi Line Optical Character Reader) has a greater read rate than any unit to date (it can even read some handwriting). Addresses which are not recognizable by the ImageCoder are electronically transferred to encoding stations where they are manually keyed, insuring the greatest discounts available on mail which we processed.
We use this unit to read addresses on pre-addressed mailpieces such as a client's daily outbound letters and statements and apply 11-digit barcodes. This, in turn, provides greater Postal discounts. Eazy offers two types of daily mail service--full and presort--with the primary differences being service and fees.
